Mike has 3 children with his first wife Heather who passed away in 2016, two daughters, Ashlynn and Samantha, and a son Cameron. He is also a grandfather to 11.
Mike is such a multi-faceted person and very diverse in his activities and hobbies. I think most people when asked, What stands out the most when you get to know Mike? Would say his intense level of sincerity and compassion for almost everyone he encounters. Mike has such a unique view in almost every aspect of life. He can strike up a conversation almost anywhere and often has people spellbound standing around in groups while at the grocery store, gas station, in a line at the bank, this guy is always looking for a reason to engage people in thought provoking rhetoric. He strives to be inspirational in almost every instance and never seems to be thrown or thwarted by negativity or skepticism. He is a good listener and understanding and aware of others views. Mike states often “First and foremost in being a teacher I will always remain a student, I have two main philosophies. One, to learn more about the world, universe, and my fellow human beings than I knew yesterday. Secondly,to uplift, lighten, and inspire the paths of as many peoples paths that I cross as I can.
Hobbies
As stated earlier, Mike has a multitude of hobbies and interests. Here is just a few he listed when questioned:
Paranormal Studies and Investigation, Quantum Physics, Filmmaking and Production, Computer Science, Video Gaming, Motocross, Horses, Boating, Martial arts, Fitness, Meditation, Yoga, Racing (Dwarf cars mostly now), Skydiving, Aquariums, Magic, and of course Music!
Multiple Careers
In addition to his hypnosis, Mike has made a viable career out of several of his interests. Most of us would be lucky to be successful in one thing we enjoyed, Mr Lazell founded MURR Entertainment and Film Group in 1992, GameAmerica, a video gaming company with multiple stores in several states in 1996, he founded a small DJ company when he was 18. He performed for 10 yrs on the Las Vegas Strip to be able to stay close to home and raise his 3 children while they were in their teens and now mission accomplished, Mike has gone back to traveling, speaking, and teaching the subject he loves the most. The human mind and it’s wonderous potential.
MURR FIlms is currently in production of 2 series aimed at TV. One utilizing his degree in Paranormal Science called EveryThingStrange TV, and another entitled “My Vegas Life” a behind the scenes look at what it’s like to live and work in one of the worlds hottest entertainment cities.
